Initially we converted 24 virtually derelict flats into 6 x 5/6 bedroom houses. The value of this contract was £400k and the works involved the full modernisation of each property including the remodelling of internal layouts, the provision of new floors, damp and timber remedial treatments as well as the installation of central heating, the provision of new Kitchens, Bathrooms, UPVC Windows and Doors. We have since carried out similar works to a further 25 properties in Liverpool 14 on a negotiated basis and the value is now in excess of £1m
